  Thank you for your interest in the World Development Systems ("WDS") website. This page discusses the various policies that we have in regards to the way that we conduct our business. These policies are broken down into the following four categories:

  Order Acceptance Policy  
     
  After you place an order, World Development Systems will determine whether or not to fulfill the order, and World Development Systems may refuse your order or limit your order for any reason. By placing your order, you agree to accept all terms and conditions set forth on this page.  
     
  World Development Systems reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason including - but not limited to - credit review, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this web site. By placing your order you agree that World Development Systems's total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to World Development Systems for the product giving rise to World Development Systems's liability.  
     
  Delivery Policy  
     
  WDS despatch products to destinations all over the world. In certain countries we do have local resellers who act as agents on our behalf, and most of these keep their own stock for faster delivery to customers. However, goods may be ordered directly from WDS by customers anywhere in the world, and in some countries (currently Norway and Italy) any orders placed to the local resellers in this country are forwarded directly to WDS in the UK for processing.  
     
  The delivery costs for an order are based upon the weight (or sometimes the dimensional weight) of the final packaged delivery item(s), together with any insurance that might be applicable on some of the electronic devices. The type of delivery used varies for each product, but can be broadly split into three groups:  
 
   
Disk Doctors, Plant Enhancers, Water Enhancers, Computer Clear CDs, Silent Healing CDs, e-Lybra accessories, and Pain Care Cushions are sent by regular post to the UK and the rest of the world for small orders.
   
Food and Drink Energisers, Mains Water Enhancers, Docking Startions, Resonance Keys, and Pillars of Light are sent by next day delivery to the UK (requires a signature), and by International Signed-For to the rest of the world.
   
Geopathic Devices and e-Lybra Systems are sent by UPS courier service to the UK and the rest of the world.
 
     
  Except where the website actually indicates that there is a stock supply shortage all goods are despatched within three working days, although in most cases they are usually despatched the same day if the order is received before 2 pm. Delivery times are then down to the efficiency of the local postal service in the various parts of the world, but in general they are 2 days for UK customers, 3/4 days for European customers, 1 week for North America, and typically up to 2 weeks for the rest of the world (although this varies greatly by country). When you buy an e-Lybra system or a Geopathic Device you will be provided with the UPS tracking number when the package has been collected from our premises. Tracking numbers for Food and Drink Energisers, Mains Water Enhancers, Docking Startions, Resonance Keys, and Pillars of Light are used to help us locate the status of a package if it is taking longer than expected, but we will provide them to customers beforehand if requested to do so.  
     
  Returns/Cancellation/Refund Policy  
     
  If you are a UK customer you have a statutory right to cancel your order for a short time. You may do this by sending by post, fax or email a WRITTEN notice of cancellation to:

  stating your full name and address and other information sufficient to identify your order. Please also tell us WHY you are returning the goods, and your telephone number in case we have a question. You have until the expiry of SEVEN WORKING DAYS (i.e. excluding Saturday, Sunday, bank holidays and public holidays), starting with the day after the products are delivered, to exercise this right.  
     
  Before returning the product, please wait for World Development Systems to provide with with an RMA (return material authorisation) number that will help us track your return and make sure you receive your refund as soon as possible.  
     
  If you exercise your right to cancel then any money that you have paid for your order will be refunded, apart from your expense of returning the products as mentioned below.  
     
  If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must also:  
 
take reasonable care of the products until you return them; and
   
ship the product to us in its original packaging at your expense or risk.
 
     
  If you are returning Computer Clear software then the license key must not have been activated.  
     
  Privacy Policy  
     
  What we do with your information  
     
  When you supply any personal information to WDS we have legal obligations towards you in the way that we share and process the data. WDS has made reasonable efforts to ensure that the contents of this website are correct. At present, the reasons we store your information are:  
     
  i) To contact you by email (preferably) or by postal mail to advise you of news likely to be of interest to WDS customers, and to make available software updates.  
     
  ii) In cases where you have given your consent to make your details available to other WDS customers and potential customers.  
     
  Except in relation to point (ii) above, your information will never be passed to anybody outside WDS without first obtaining your consent, unless we are obliged by law to disclose it. We will hold your personal information on our system for as long as you use our services, and will remove it in the event that you no longer wish to continue your registration as a personalised user. We reserve the right to disable or close completely an individual account at our discretion without prior notice.  
     
  We intend to send out occasional newsletters to customers in order to provide notification about forthcoming products and enhancements, as well as to provide information that is likely to be of direct interest to customers. In order to be a recipient of these newsletters you must "opt in" to this service by selecting your preference in the Edit My Details section of the WDS website.  
     
  Online Shop  
     
  When you order any products from us the invoicing details of the transaction are stored for historical reasons, specifically being a list of the items that you purchased and a copy of the invoice that was sent to you. Any financial details that you enter into our shop checkout area are transmitted directly to PayPal via a secure https connection, and we receive the result of the transaction back from PayPal and continue processing accordingly. We do not store any of your financial details in any form, at any time, or in any way.
