Victor is both an internationally recognised healer and metaphysical design engineer, working on advanced computerised Vibrational-medicine instruments. He is dedicated to the search for new ways of healing. He practices Vortex Healing, Reiki, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Crystal Healing, Sound and Colour Therapy, Counselling, Dowsing, Past Life Therapies for healing the present, energetic clearing of houses and offices, and soul rescue work.

A Fellow of the Homeopathic Medical Association UK and a Member of the Ontario Homeopathic Association, Andrew is one of the most advanced thinking homeopaths in the world. Based in Canada, he has had 30 years experience in Homeopathic Medicine.
Andrew has been a close associate of WDS since its founding. He has over the years developed many unique ideas in the Homeopathic community, many of which are incorporated into the products of WDS.
In 2001 he published a Clinical Guide to Drug Pictures in Reference Works, a leading software reference for homeopaths around the world. Andrew researched the more common generic pharmaceutical drugs, gathering information of their “side-effects” and “rebound” symptoms which he translated into homeopathic drug pictures.
Andrew has experienced using many of the Radionic devices of the 60's and 70's such as DelaWarr, Malcolm Rae, David Tansley etc and built his own systems. This, quite naturally, led to his early interest in digital bioresonance and e-Lybra.
Now semi-retired from seeing patients he devotes his time as Research Director for WDS, and he trains and supports the growing community of e-Lybra users.
He is married to Sandra, strums a guitar, listens to classical music, and is fond of red wine. He lives in Elora, Canada.

Jon Perkins

Jon joined the WDS team in 2003 as a consultant to support the ongoing development of all WDS software projects and to redevelop the company website. Now, as Head of Software Development, his primary responsibility is to architect and manage all new software projects.
After an initial background in engineering, Jon became a software developer in the mid-1980s and quickly went on to distinguish himself on several major projects for the Nationwide Building Society and also the Open University. He has also been an IT journalist, having written a regular column for “EXE” - the leading UK software development magazine - for two years. In 2000 he was also actively sought out by Microsoft to be the technical editor during the launch of a new website for developers who use the Microsoft range of development software. He has also been a contributing author on two Microsoft software development books.
Jon has always been interested in all aspects of energetic medicine as well as a strong interest in science and technology; he has been a hands-on healer for as long as he has been a software developer. He is married to Alison, has two cats, and lives in Malvern.

Carl is our Business Development Manager. Formally trained in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering - and with extensive knowledge of Bio-energetics and Vibrational Healing - Carl is well placed to contribute to the overall growth and expansion of the company.
Victor and Carl first made contact back in 1994, where they both quickly recognised that each had a capacity for creativity and innovation; this resulted in them jointly working on many ground breaking and unusual projects and inventions. Carl is involved in Spiritual and Personal Development: studying and facilitating workshops on topics such as Sacred Geometry, Ancient Egyptian Technology and Ascended Master History with particular emphasis on the evolution of Humanity, his core motivation is the pursuit of Truth and its subsequent embodiment.

After many years of working in the wide field of administration as Secretary, Personal Assistant, Supervisor and Trainer and Customer Support, Sharyn became more and more interested in the realms of energetic healing. Working with her own energies and land energies she trained in Reiki, Vortex, Crystal Healing, Dowsing and The Reconnection.
Meeting with Victor and the e-Lybra came at exactly the right time in her life – wouldn’t you know it!
She now works as part of the ‘Team’ at World Development Systems using her skills and experience to support the company. She says that she loves being involved with such a ‘conscious’ company with good ethical and moral standards. She is also particularly enthusiastic that she is able to deal with such lovely people on a day-to-day basis.

Liz joined WDS in May 2007 to assist the ever growing demands for WDS products. She has extensive experience in the fields of administration and customer relations and is likely to be the first point of customer contact for all telephone enquiries to the WDS Head Office at Malvern.
Her interests include campanology (bell-ringing, for those who don't know), Christianity, playing and composing music for the piano, and singing with the Malvern Festival Chorus. She is also very interested in music therapy and would love to work in this field to help disabled children and adults one day.

Alex joined the WDS team in 2006 when the company moved into it's new premises in Malvern. He assembles and produces many of the items from the WDS product range, including our flagship e-Lybra product. A keen student of the Vortex Healing Institute, Alex is one of only a handful of people around the world who has studied the various facets of this extraordinary discipline to the depth that he has done. His strong interest in self-development and energy medicine made him an ideal candidate for joining the WDS team.
