Victor is the designer and inventor of the e-Lybra® technology, Chairman of WDS Global Group, and Managing Director of World Development Systems.
He has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, during which time he has honed his Management and Marketing skills. His design background covers many aspects of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and sound engineering, as well as software development.
Victor is both an internationally recognised Healer and a Metaphysical design engineer, working on advanced computerised Vibrational-Medicine and Bio-resonance instruments and systems. He is dedicated to the search for new ways of healing. His wonderfully dry sense of humour makes light work of the extra-ordinary phenomena he works with.
Victor is trained in - and practices - many forms of complementary therapy and he has created a bridge of understanding between modern electronics, computer software programming, energy medicine and body consciousness.

Jon joined the WDS team in 2003 as a consultant to support the ongoing development of all WDS software projects and to redevelop the company website. Now, as the primary software developer, his responsibility is to architect and manage all new software projects.
After an initial background in engineering, Jon became a software developer in the mid-1980s and quickly went on to distinguish himself on several major projects for the Nationwide Building Society and also the Open University. He has also been an IT journalist, having written a regular column for “EXE” - the leading UK software development magazine - for two years. In 2000 he was also actively sought out by Microsoft to be the technical editor during the launch of a new website for developers who use the Microsoft range of development software. He has also been a contributing author on two Microsoft software development books.

Formally trained in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering in the 1990's, Carl brings a depth of engineering knowledge and experience to WDS. In the last 10 years he has focused on Production and Operations within the electronics industry and is ideally suited to developing these roles within the WDS Group, contributing to the overall growth and expansion of the company.
Carl also has extensive knowledge of bio-energetics and vibrational healing and first made contact with Victor back in 1994, where they both quickly recognised that each had a capacity for creativity and innovation; this resulted in them jointly working on many ground breaking and unusual projects and inventions.
Carl is involved in Spiritual and Personal Development and has facilitated workshops on topics such as Sacred Geometry and Ancient Egyptian Technology.

Sharyn Jane Walker

After many years of working in the wide field of administration as Secretary, Personal Assistant, Supervisor and Trainer and Customer Support, Sharyn became more and more interested in the realms of energetic healing. Working with her own energies and land energies she trained in Reiki, Vortex, Crystal Healing, Dowsing and The Reconnection.
Meeting with Victor and the e-Lybra came at exactly the right time in her life – wouldn’t you know it!
She now works as part of the ‘Team’ at World Development Systems using her skills and experience to support the company. She says that she loves being involved with such a ‘conscious’ company with good ethical and moral standards. She is also particularly enthusiastic that she is able to deal with such lovely people on a day-to-day basis.
