e-Lybra^® 8 to e-Lybra^® 9 Exchange Programme

World Development Systems is delighted to announce the e-Lybra^® 8 to e-Lybra^® 9 exchange program. If you currently own an e-Lybra^® 8 system you can now exchange your original system for a brand new e-Lybra^® 9 system and receive all the additional benefits that accompany the new system. When you do exchange your e-Lybra^® 8 for an e-Lybra^® 9 system you will also receive the following kit:

Victor Sims (WDS Managing Director) was very specific that from the start of the e-Lybra^® 9 development programme, that we should be able to provide a fixed trade in value for all versions of the e-Lybra^® 8 system. He insisted that this exchange programme should provide all e-Lybra system owners with a logical and costs effective way to upgrade to the new e-Lybra^® 9 system.

Below you will find a table listing a fixed trade in value for your e-Lybra^® 8 system (this table is fixed for 2010).

	Any e-Lybra^® 8 system purchased in 2008 will hold a trade in value of = £4978.72
	Any e-Lybra^® 8 system purchased in 2007 will hold a trade in value of = £3978.72
	Any e-Lybra^® 8 system purchased between 2006 and 2000 will hold a trade in value of = £2978.72
	For all e-Lybra^® systems purchased prior to 2000 please contact us directly for further information.

Example 1:

If you live in Norway and you have an e-Lybra^® 8 system which was first registered in 2006, it has a trade in value of £2978.72. So you would need to return your original system to us and pay the difference between the new system price and the trade in value of your system. As you are based in Norway and Norway is currently outside the EU you are not required to pay VAT, but you may need to pay a local import TAX when the system arrives in Norway, and it is your responsibility to pay this directly to the local customs or Import office.

New e-Lybra^® 9 system:	£9,486.00 GBP
Trade in value for your system:	£2,978.72 GBP
Balance to pay:	£6,507.28 GBP (Plus customs import tax plus local taxes)

Example 2:

If you live in England and you have an e-Lybra^® 8 system which was first registered in 2007, it has a trade in value of £3978.72. So you would need to return your original system to us and pay the difference between the new system price and the trade in value of your system. As you are based within the UK which is within the EU you are required to pay VAT, so 17.5% must be added to the final figure (£5507.28 + VAT = £6471.05)

New e-Lybra^® 9 system:	£9,486.00 GBP
Trade in value for your system:	£3,978.72 GBP
Balance to pay:	£5,507.28 GBP + VAT

Example 3:

If you live in Sweden and you have an e-Lybra^® 8 system which was first registered in 2008, it has a trade in value of £4978.72. So you would need to return your original system to us and pay the difference between the new system price and the trade in value of your system. As you are based within the Sweden which is within the EU you are required to pay VAT, so 17.5% must be added to the final figure (£4507.28 + VAT = £5296.05)

New e-Lybra^® 9 system:	£9,486.00 GBP
Trade in value for your system:	£4,978.72 GBP
Balance to pay:	£4,507.28 GBP + VAT

Example 4:

If you live in the USA and you have an e-Lybra 8 system which was first registered in 2004, it has a trade in value of £2978.72. So you would need to return your original system to us and pay the difference between the new system price and the trade in value of your system. As you are based in the USA and the USA is outside the EU you are not required to pay VAT, but you may need to pay a local import TAX when the system arrives in the USA and it is your responsibility to pay this directly to the local customs or Import office.

Trade in value for your system:	£2,978.72 GBP
Balance to pay:	£6,507.28 GBP + VAT

Software Changes:

The e-Lybra^® 9 system is supplied with a much improved software pack which is backwardly compatible with all e-Lybra^® versions, but some elements of the software functionality are understandably only available when used with the e-Lybra^® 9 hardware. Depending upon the level of hardware unit that you have the software will run in one of three modes:

1. Basic Mode:

This will apply to all systems with a serial number that starts with the letters AP.

2. Standard Mode:

This will apply to all systems with a serial number that starts with the letters EL (this includes any systems that have been returned to WDS for a module upgrade)

3. Enhanced Mode:

This will apply to all e-Lybra^® 9 systems

Some of the additional benefits of the e-Lybra^® 9 software:

	You can now add a picture to the clients file; a very useful feature when remote balancing.
	22 new categories have been added
	The process of scanning has been refined and the sample rate has been increased from 10 to 5,000 per item.
	Access to the Kinesiology "Test-only-no-balancing" function is now available from various screens.
	Improved Remote treatment options and functionality.
	Multi-Psychological conditions program
	NeuroTech / Edutherapy balancing module.
	System Self test programme.
	Greatly enhanced “remote balancing” options.

Some Questions and Answers:

	Question: When can I have training on the new e-Lybra^® 9 system?
	Answer: We have an e-Lybra^® 9 training course available here in the UK almost every month, and our distributors in Denmark, Sweden and Norway also run regular workshops. Please visit the “News and Events” area on our web site for a full list of courses and workshops.

	Question: Do I need to now purchase a separate e-Capsule reader for scanning in the e-Capsules ID numbers?
	Answer: The new e-Lybra^® 9 system has an integrated e-Capsule reader on the right hand side (as you face the front panel) allowing everyone to have easy access to scanning the ID numbers from the e-Capsule without having to purchase a separate device.

	Question: How big is the new system?
	Answer: The e-Lybra^® 9 is 87mm in height / 350mm wide / 190mm deep ( excluding the adjustable carry handle )

	Question: How do I know if the connection leads and wrist straps are working correctly?
	Answer: The e-Lybra^® 9 system has a built in test facility for regularly checking the operation of your connection leads and wrist bands.

The team here at WDS UK has spent many months looking at ways to improve the e-Lybra^® system and the way we support our customers. We hope that the new support package that we will be providing with the new system is the best available anywhere...we really mean that...we hope that this new package along with the hardware improvements and the ever improving software will move the e-Lybra^® technology into new and exciting areas.
